Rotary furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace tube, tilting drive system and electrical control cabinet. Furnace body is made of steel plate welding; furnace lining adopts 0.6 ratio light refractory brick as refractory layer, aluminum silicate fiber as insulation layer. furnace lining thickness is 350mm, it has advantages of light weight, good insulation effect, low surface temperature rise.
The furnace body can be controlled by cycloidal needle wheel, tilting reducer or electric tilting through control cabinet. The furnace is equipped with a special GL electric furnace control cabinet, the main control element adopts PID control.
