Mesh belt furnace is a continuous heat treatment furnace. It is widely used in standard parts, bearings, transmission chain, self-tapping screw, textile, hardware, hand tools, springs, spring washers, auto parts and other small and medium mechanical parts quenching, carburizing heat treatment
Main Features of the Mesh Belt Furnace
-Tempering furnace shell is in standard steel structure. Furnace lining is in brick fiber energy conservation mixed structure.
-Heating mode is resistance wire winding and molding when corundum porcelain tube is allocated in upper and lower effective heating zone on muffle tank of hearth specially, evenly and reasonably in radiation type.
-There are 3 water-cooled strong convection fans on furnace top. Circulation air flue is equipped in the furnace, which adopts the temperature evening mode of 3-zone furnace temperature control + heated air circulation severe convection to realize stable tempering process.
