Rotary furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace tube, tilting drive system and electrical control cabinet. Furnace body is made of steel plate welding; furnace lining adopts 0.6 ratio light refractory brick as refractory layer, aluminum silicate fiber as insulation layer. furnace lining thickness is 350mm, it has advantages of light weight, good insulation effect, low surface temperature rise….

The furnace shell is made of shaped steel and steel plates welded into a cylindrical steel structure. A sand sealing groove is arranged on the flange panel of the furnace shell to form an effective seal between the furnace cover and the furnace body and prevent heat loss. The bottom of the furnace shell is welded to the base of the furnace body with channel steel, and the side of the furnace shell is equipped with a protective cover to protect the wiring and thermocouple of the heater……
