It can used for the mixing and cooking of materials with certain viscosity, it can prevent the viscous materials from sticking the pot. Tilting jacketed kettle is composed of kettle, bracket, worm wheel and worm etc. The kettle can revolve with 180°, The equipment is used for open concentration, mainly for decocting and concentration of liquids in industries of pharmaceutical industry, food industry, chemical industry, and light industry etc. Contact area of the equipment with materials is made of stainless steel, which has perfect corrosion—proof performance, and is highly endurable according to GMP requirements. Blender also can be added according to customer requirements.

Scraper: Stir the materials to make the materials mix and heat more evenly and prevent the materials from sticking to the pot at the same time.
Can be tilted: The pot body can be tilted to facilitate discharging.
Control cabinet: The electric heating jacketed kettle has control cabinet. You can adjust the heating time and temperature according to your needs.
Hand wheel: The materials can be poured out of the kettle by shaking the wheel.
