Annealing Furnace:

The furnace shell is made of shaped steel and steel plates welded into a cylindrical steel structure. A sand sealing groove is arranged on the flange panel of the furnace shell to form an effective seal between the furnace cover and the furnace body and prevent heat loss. The bottom of the furnace shell is welded to the base of the furnace body with channel steel, and the side of the furnace shell is equipped with a protective cover to protect the wiring and thermocouple of the heater.

Main Features of the Rotary Furnace

-The furnace is equipped with a special GL type electric furnace control cabinet.
-The equipment is equipped with overtemperature alarm device.

-Furnace lining is a composite furnace lining made of energy-saving refractory brick and ceramic fiber blanket
-The inner wall of the furnace and the refractory layer at the bottom of the furnace are made of 0.6 light firebrick

-The thermal insulation layer of the side wall is made of perlite powder, the thermal insulation layer at the bottom of the furnace is made of ultra- light insulation brick
