According to the different models and machine parts, we will use wooden cases or wrapped films to ensure that the machine will not be damaged during long-distance transportation.
According to the different countries and regions where the customer’s factory is located, we will send it to the customer by sea, truck, train or air according to the customer’s requirements.
1)Choose the suitable machine according to the customer’s samples and requirement
2)Quotation according to the selected machines。
3) Order confirmation
4) 30% deposit for production
5) Carry out production and provide production cycle progress report
6) Inform the customer that the goods are ready and the customer arranges the balance
7) Deliver the goods to the customer’s forwarder and arrange the transportation.
8) Provide the documents required in the order to the customer.
9) After sales service.
The machines can be shipped in 90-120 working days from the date of receiving the down payment.
The warranty period of our company’s products is 12 months since the date of bill of loading.
